I got this a month or so back and was unable to get one ball in. It took me about 2 weeks but I can finally get the second ball into my tight hole. There are indeed two lockable buckles on the belt, BUT there are two more buckles and straps on the backside which are not lockable. This is an awesome little device. I have never tried any E-Stim products before so I don't have any way to make a comparison but this works great and gets me off in a way I never experienced before. I highly recommend it!
