I got this with the butt plug shower and it works perfect. After you clean your insides try getting in the shower , get the water temp. warm then turn the valve off ,insert the plug , then turn the valve slowly until you can feel your ass filling up with water , then close the valve the other way and take a shower just the way you always do but with warm water inside you.
