The product appears to be well made with good quality materials. Has a "quality" feel. I am not under any silly illusion that using a penis pump can cause any real long term penis enlargement (which I do not need anyway). It's very easy to use; just use lube, slide on and pump (slowly!!) until the desired effect is achieved.
