This is the first automatic device I have ever tried. The feelings are unique. You do need to use a fair amount of lube or the sucking motion starts to bog down. The material feels like decent quality. The sleeve comes out easily for cleaning.

Table came fully assembled and very simple to set up. Feels really sturdy and it is lots of fun to use as one would imagine. Can fold away too which is a bonus if you don't have much space to spare.

So all around pretty great purchase to me. The only drawbacks is it's limited a bit based on how tall you are. I'm 5"11 and my face and crotch both fit fine but I do have to move down a bit for it to really get worked on. Not really a huge issue though.
