The alternatives typically involve plastic, too, which is also hygienic while having the added benefit of being a bit more lightweight and being less of a risk should the worst happen. Plastic is easier to break in to than steel, after all, even if either material might still warrant an embarrassed A&E trip if things go horribly awry.
The NoPacha Adjustable Locking Chastity Belt Genium comes with a storage bag, but I genuinely believe that this is the weakest element of the device. It’s made from a felt-like substance which grabs felt and dust like a mother fucker, and doesn’t have chords strong enough to reliably contain the NoPacha Adjustable Locking Chastity Belt Genium without at least one accidental jail-break attempt.

Even though I’ve been into pup play for a while, I hadn’t actually considered getting a puppy tail plug. This is made out of a soft silicone and leather. The neck strap is adjustable to fit most necks. This is nice because you can bit it with out braking a tooth. Me and my boyfriend have beentrying some of the BDSM things and we have tried the other ball gags that are hard plastic and they hurt the side of my mouth and I don't want to bite down and break a tooth off.
